This Privacy Policy explains how Kerr & Company LLC ("we," "us"), a Michigan limited liability company, handles information in connection with kerrandcompanyholdings.com (the "Site") and our services.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing email to people who have not asked to hear from us.

Depending on the engagement, work may involve third-party platforms — including Google (Analytics, Ads, Business Profile), Meta (Facebook/Instagram advertising), hosting and domain providers, email and messaging providers, payment processors, and AI/automation vendors. These providers have their own privacy policies and data practices, which we do not control. We recommend reviewing the policies of any platform you use.
We take reasonable measures to protect information in our possession, including limiting access and using reputable providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
